WELCOME and thank you for presenting the Historic Clazel Theatre, Entertainment and Event Center with an opportunity to host your special event. We recognize this is a busy time and would like to make the process as seamless as possible.
Clazel Theatre is a full service facility designed to accommodate an array of affairs, such as wedding ceremonies/receptions, business seminars, holiday parties, class reunions, Greek formals, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and much more. Our venue is equipped with a spacious dance floor/dining area, two full service bars, the latest in audio/visual equipment and ample seating. We are particularly proud of our specially trained staff, capable of coordinating your entire event or simply assisting you with entertainment, decor, catering, bar service and other amenities. And when that special day arrives, our dedicated event coordinator will ensure your event exudes all the style, grace and elegance of any great occasion, while at the same time allowing you to relax and enjoy your event.

DJ SERVICE
As Clazel Theatre is a full service venue, we are proud to offer our DJ Service. Our DJ is well known for his skill level, experience and professionalism. He takes pride in creating an all inclusive and energized atmosphere and welcomes your input and suggestions. Since our DJ is very familiar with our audio/visual equipment and sound system, he is the perfect person to work with, to ensure things go smoothly should you choose to play an I-movie or slide show during your event. Your guests will be very impressed with the high quality sound and dynamic light and video shows. The right DJ and music can put an event over the top and keep you guests thoroughly entertained!

BAR SERVICES
We have a variety of bar packages to provide to you and your guests or you can decide to provide a cash bar for your guests. The non-alcoholic beverage service (soda, coffee, water) is already included in any of the banquet catering packages, but is not included in the price of the grazing station packages.
We have a beer and wine open package for guests over the age of 21.
The next package includes our house/well liquor (vodka, run, gin, whiskey, tequila with mixers) for guests over the age of 21.
Moreover, you can defray costs by providing a cash bar for your guests at no additional charge to you with the exception of a flat rate for the bar tenders. We provide extensive selections of wine, spirits and craft and import draft beer.
