SEATING OPTIONS

The Historic Clazel Theatre is a versatile venue with ample room to accommodate any occasion ranging from intimate affairs to large-scale events. It possesses all the grandeur of a historic, ritzy hotel or country club without the exorbitant expense.

BANQUET-STYLE

Our venue can comfortably seat 250 guests at traditional style tables. Additional seating (high-top bistro tables) may be added near the upper-level bar and on the two balconies overlooking the dance floor/dining area, thereby increasing seating to 300 guests. While set-up and break-down of tables and chairs is included in each package, a fee is charged for the set-up and break-down of additional tables and chairs in the balconies.

GRAZING STATIONS

If you prefer to forgo the classic banquet-style, grazing stations may be more to your liking. A combination of bistro and traditional tables can be set-up, thus allowing your guests to both mingle and take a seat periodically throughout the festivities. This style can accommodate up to 350 guests.

CATERING

The Clazel is delighted to serve the finest menu to your guests. You may choose from a variety of cuisines listed and we are also happy to accommodate additional items. Of the Four Wedding Packages offered, our first two, Velvet Rope Package #1 and The Director's Cut Package #2 are buffet-style. Although, also buffet-style, table service is offered in Package #3, The Red Carpet Package. *Please note, there is an additional fee for the use of an outside caterer.

BAR SERVICE

Don't forget the libations! To ensure your event is even more memorable, we offer three alcohol packages, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Please ask your wedding coordinator for details.

DJ SERVICES

As we all know, music can make or break a party. Our talented and experienced DJ is both personable and professional. He takes pride in creating an all inclusive, energized and unforgettable atmosphere. Your guests will be impressed with the high quality sound, and dynamic light and video shows. You'll have to drag them off the dance floor. * Separate fee for in-house DJ Service.
